The story behind Pure Canter

Pure Canter was created to be different. We wanted to escape the mould and bring colour, fun and individuality into the Equestrian World. Be a brand, riders of all walks of life can resonate with and be their authentic selves without having to follow the up-tight stigma of being an Equestrian. 

I mean, we could give you one of those standard blurps about Pure Canter bringing fashionable, stylish and comfortable equestrian wear to the market but I'm sure we all heard this plenty of times before. - Not like it wouldn't be true..., but what we really wanted to do, is bring FUN back into the equestrian world and let riders be themselves - because there is nothing better.

We likely all started getting into horses because we formed strong bonds with and love these amazing creatures. Most of us probably started on our little Unicorns, with big smiles on our faces and pure joy in our hearts. A feeling you never really forget and hopefully still carry with you every time you ride on the beach or trail, clear a fence, get through your dressage test or race those barrels. The warm, fuzzy feeling when your bestie nuzzles your hair and blows warm kisses into your face just because he/she loves you.

We wanted to create a range of clothing, you will be proud to wear and that captures the feeling of being around horses. Something for the mellow days and something for the days you want to spice it up a bit. Something PURE and free that reminds us what it means to be an Equestrian.
